#07838c;\">File Review and Audit Fees (Accreditation Visit)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Only applicants for Institutional Member status are required to pay the file review and audit fees (accreditation visit): starting at $650.00 + taxes.<\/p>\n<p>The fees are determined following the preliminary evaluation of the candidate\u2019s file in order to take into account the time and resources required to carry Annual Renewal<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The annual renewal takes place on June 1 of each year. Members must pay the Membership fees (annual dues) within 30 days of the issuance of the renewal invoice, that is, before July 1.<\/p>\n<p>Members must also ensure that they report any changes within their organization that could have an impact on their membership file.<\/p>\n<p>Institutional Members are required to produce a Report of the training activities offered and CEUs issued for the period (year) that has ended.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 36pt; color: #07838c;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">2. Audit Visit (Reaccreditation)<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Currently, reaccreditation audit visit of the Institutional Member (or accreditation renewal visit) takes place every five years. The visit is conducted by an auditor (expert reviewer) appointed by SOFEDUC.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this visit is to verify compliance with the Quality Standards and the awarding of CEUs, and to discuss with those responsible the process of improving the quality of continuing education services.<\/p>\n<p>The written audit report (the visit) is submitted to the Executive Management as well as to the Accreditation Committee, accompanied by a recommendation from the auditor (expert reviewer) for analysis and decision.<\/p>\n<p>The Accreditation Committee may require the Institutional Member to submit an action plan and implement corrective measures in order to comply with SOFEDUC\u2019s Standards and guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>In extreme cases, the Committee may present a motion to the Board to suspend the Member\u2019s status, or as a last resort, revoke it. This motion must then be ratified by a resolution of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p>The Member must pay the audit fees (accreditation renewal visit).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class =
